The Loogootee Water Department will begin flushing water mains starting April 26, 2026, with the project expected to conclude by May 1, 2026.
The City of Loogootee Board of Works, with the concurrence of Mayor Brian T. Ader, has reviewed the previously issued City Travel Advisory. The Local Disaster Emergency for the City has now been lifted, effective immediately. The City’s Travel Advisory status has been lowered to "Watch."
LOOGOOTEE, IN — The City of Loogootee Board of Works, pursuant to IC 10-14-3-29, has declared that a local disaster emergency exists for the next seven (7) days in the City.
